Wayne Rooney to be left out of England squad for matches against Scotland and France

Wayne Rooney is expected to be left out of the England squad for upcoming games against Scotland and France,

England manager Gareth Southgate has drawn up a provisional list of names and Rooney is not on it at the moment.
Southgate will name his squad tomorrow for the World Cup qualifier against Scotland in Glasgow on June 10 and a friendly against France in Paris three days later.
